	  UK shareware vendors: you may delete the unarchived copy of
	  vendor.txt if you need to make more space on a 360K disk for
	  your own notices (we have copied it as a standalone file for
	  your convenience). You may NOT delete the copy from the PED.EXE
	  self extracting file.

	  create a self extracting archive, (you need LHA, PAK, or
